7-Day Rental Item
Service Description
The item will be delivered to your doorstep at your selected time. The pickup day and time can also be selected by you, but it cannot exceed the rental agreement. If you stay with the item longer than scheduled, you will be charged a fee of $1,000. To avoid this fee, let us know the number of days that you'll like to book the item if it's more than 7 days, and we can adjust the pricing for you. A late cancellation fee of 25% of the total purchase cost will be applied to all 24hrs or less cancelations. If you have any questions, you can fill-out the quotation form or send us an email at primecleanlcs@gmail.com. Our team will inspect the item condition upon pickup day, if severely damaged or broken you'll be charged the full price of the item. Every rental item will be delivered in good condition, cleaned and sanitized. We only provide services to Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, Clermont, Auburndale and St. Cloud. If you're close to any of those cities, you can send us an inquiry to confirm that we can deliver the item to your area.
Cancellation Policy
Home Goods Rental Policy Rental Items: We offer a wide variety of home goods for rent, including but not limited to: Rollaway Beds Car Seats Baby Gates Pack 'n Play Folding Tables and Chairs High Chairs Grills and Propane Tanks Cribs Shower Chairs Coffee Makers And other household items. Rental Duration: The listed price for each item is based on a 7-day rental period. If you need the item for more than 7 days, please contact us to specify the number of days you would like to rent the item, and we will adjust the price accordingly. Extended Rental: If the rental period exceeds 7 days without prior arrangement, a fee of $1000 will be charged. We encourage you to reach out to us for any custom rental duration needs. Delivery and Pickup: Items will be delivered to and picked up from your preferred location on a date and time that suits you. Please ensure that someone is available at the designated time for both delivery and pickup. Item Condition: All rental items will be delivered in good condition, clean, and sanitized. Upon return, items must be in good condition as well. If the item is found to be broken, damaged, or excessively worn upon return, you will be charged the full replacement cost of the item. Damage Policy: In the event that the rented item is damaged, missing, or returned in a condition deemed unsatisfactory, the client will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item. This charge will be assessed based on the retail value of the item. Cancellations and Changes: Cancellations or changes to your rental order can be made up to 24 hours before delivery. After this period, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount may apply. Contact Us: If you have any questions or specific requests regarding your rental, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Service Location: We only provide service to: Orlando, Davenport, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Auburndale and Clermont. If your location is not in those cities but is near them, please reach out to us first before booking to confirm that your location is serviceable.
